The Hadiza Obed Danlami Fund for Girls in STEAM was established in honor of Hadiza Obed Danlami, co-founder of KELIC Education Foundation and a passionate advocate for learning, equity, and empowerment. This Fund continues her legacy by supporting girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and  Mathematics (STEAM), fields where women  remain significantly underrepresented.

This Fund is open exclusively to KELIC mentees who:

• Funding is one-time, covering a single Senior Secondary School academic session.
• Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances.

Programme Structure & Timeline

• Applications: Start of a Mentorship cycle (annually).
• Selection & Notification: At the end of the mentorship cycle.
• Programme Duration: One academic session ( final school year).
• Components: Exam scholarships, mentorship, and transition support.
