Stephen Bitrus is a tech entrepreneur, blockchain strategist, and cybersecurity expert with a strong record of building innovative digital solutions in Africa. He co-founded Bluu Digital Technologies Limited, where he developed platforms such as Bluupay Bridge, a secure payment gateway; Bluupay Station, an all-in-one point-of-sale platform tailored for African businesses; and Bluupay Mart, a no-code e-commerce solution enabling vendors to launch online stores without technical skills.

At KELIC Education Foundation, Stephen leads the development and management of the foundation’s website, ensuring it communicates programs, initiatives, and impact with clarity and precision. He also teaches Introduction to Technology, equipping learners with foundational digital skills and practical knowledge to navigate an increasingly tech-driven world. Additionally, he contributes to internal committees, supporting digital strategy, operational efficiency, and effective online engagement.
