Our Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of KELIC Education Foundation comprises distinguished professionals and thought leaders dedicated to guiding the organization’s mission, ensuring good governance, and supporting strategic growth. Their combined experience shapes KELIC’s programs and initiatives, ensuring they are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with the Foundation’s vision of empowering learners and strengthening communities.

Oghenetejiri Ruth Djegbada
Oghenetejiri Ruth Djegbada, lawyer, strategist, and changemaker, bridges law, education, and community development. At KELIC Education Foundation, she serves as Trustee and Head of Administration, designing programs that link students to mentorship, scholarships, and global career opportunities.

Abraham Barde
Abraham Barde, a distinguished researcher and educator in Materials Science and Engineering, bridges academia and industry. He is recognized for pioneering next-generation materials and advancing sustainable technologies, shaping innovation and impact across the field.

Alheri Grace Stephen
Alheri Grace Stephen is a PhD candidate in Applied Mathematics at Case Western Reserve University, where she advances mathematical modeling of infectious diseases. Her research integrates quantitative analysis and disease ecology to explore transmission dynamics and inform control strategies.

Nimrod Koce
Nimrod Vinatnayi Koce is a seasoned media and communications professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in public relations, strategic communication, and community engagement. Currently serving as Divisional Head of Information & Public Relations at Kuje Area Council, FCT, he has built a strong reputation as a communicator, leader, and advocate for inclusive development.

Christiana Barau
Christiana Barau is a distinguished Senior Magistrate with the Niger State Judiciary, bringing over a decade of judicial experience to her service as a judge of the lower court. She holds an LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari. She also earned an LL.M from the University of Ilorin, where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D.

Comfort Z. Olorunsaiye, PhD.
Mentor
Comfort Z. Olorunsaiye is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health at Arcadia University, a population health researcher, implementation scientist, and health equity advocate. Her experiences cut across maternal and child health, vaccinations and immunization programs, sexual and reproductive health, and social justice.

Ernest Ogbozor, PhD.
Mentor
Ernest Ogbozor is a scholar-practitioner of conflict, security, and development, whose work bridges research and practice. A recipient of the Ford Foundation International Fellowship, he holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, USA.

Mentor
Abraham Barde is a distinguished researcher, scholar, and educator at the forefront of Materials Science and Engineering. With a career that bridges academia and industry, he is recognized for his pioneering work in developing next-generation materials and sustainable technologies.

Fidelis Jonah
Mr. Fidelis Jonah Usman is a dedicated engineer, entrepreneur, and academic currently pursuing a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tambov State Technical University, where he distinguished himself through academic excellence and professional development.

Josephine Sunday is a data analyst and ICT educator dedicated to equipping young people with the digital skills needed to thrive in today’s world. She specializes in data science and business intelligence, with practical expertise in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Ogiku Osaruonamen
Ogiku Osaruonamen, a Political Thespian and theatre/film practitioner, champions art as a tool for social change. A Theatre Arts graduate from the University of Benin, he blends performance, education, and civic engagement to address drug abuse, youth disengagement, human rights, and political apathy.

Eunice Maravi Bwala, ESQ.
Eunice Maravi Bwala is a lawyer and business compliance enthusiast with expertise in corporate-commercial practice, legal advisory, and consultancy. She combines her legal training with a passion for public policy, writing, and education to drive social impact.

Stephen Bitrus
Stephen Bitrus, tech entrepreneur, blockchain strategist, and cybersecurity expert, co-founded Bluu Digital Technologies. He built Bluupay Bridge (secure payments), Bluupay Station (POS for African businesses), and Bluupay Mart (no-code e-commerce), driving digital innovation across the continent.

Margaret Sunday Timothy
Margaret Sunday Timothy is a graduate of Science Laboratory Technology (Basic Medical Science). As a mentee and instructor with KELIC Education Foundation, she teaches Data Analytics and Visualization, equipping learners with practical skills for academic and professional success.

Miracle Chinwendu uwandu
Miracle Chinwendu Uwandu, a graduate mentee at KELIC Education Foundation, facilitates the KELIC Fashion Design Team, equipping individuals with skills in sewing, design, illustration, and entrepreneurship. She empowers participants to turn creative ideas into impactful fashion projects.
